What's on your plate?!?!?

Hve you tried out this healthy eating thing and failed miserably???

You are not alone! So many people have tried diet after diet to get themselves slim and trim and it just did not work.

Researchers would say try Keto, Paleo, Vegan, Vegetarian, etc. And don't get me wrong these diets have high success rates but do they work for you?

Here's the secret.....

Just eat healthy and portion size. Many times it's what we are eating and the size of consumption. Look I've been doing this health and fitness thing for quite a while now and I've seen this issue time and time again. Did you know that the size of the meat on your plate is supposed to be considerably smaller than the portion size of your veggies?

Your veggies should consume at least half of your plate at 40%-50%. Your meat should only take up 25%-30%. Hmmmm, now your thinking. Wow, I had no idea!

Generally you are supposed to intake 3 small meals and 3 snacks per day to speed up your metabolism.

Many people get the purpose of food confused. We are not necessarily supposed to eat for enjoyment. As a human race we are supposed to eat to stay alive. The food is supposed to be used for fuel in the body. This is why a lot of our bodies are breaking down because they have the improper fuel source.

Next time you pile all that food on your plate ask yourself, is this the proper fuel for my body?
